A London based Gastroenterologist position is now available for an experienced specialist at SHO level. Our client is a recently modernised reputable NHS Hospital in West London, with all the benefits of the central and safe location situated in a beautiful environment.

The successful applicant will work in a team of 5 Consultant Gastroenterologists, supported by 2 SpR’s and 4 fellow SHOs. The department also has 4 specialist nurses and a GI physiologist. They provide a full range of endoscopic services including regional endoscopic ultrasound cancer service in the new 4 room endoscopy unit.

Job Specifications:
*** Start date: immediately.
*** Contract: a minimum of 3 months, extension pending on performance of the future post-holder.
*** Free accommodation and travel.
*** Leading rates of pay in the London area.
*** 1:8 On-call rota.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in a similar role, not necessary in the UK. All applicants are required to hold a full GMC registration and references from previous employers should they be successful in the application process.
