Our client, a prestigious NHS hospital Trust based in Scotland, is looking for Consultant Radiologists to join their Trust to assist the departments to further develop their team and improve the service provided to patients.

The Trust has a large teaching hospital and is closely linked to two prestigious Universities. The radiology department at the hospital provides Diagnostic Imaging services and has two brand new CT Scanners and a recently renovated department. The department has close links with clinical services and with the University Department of Radiology which has a recently installed three Tesla MRI system.

The post is to further establish the department and improve the imaging service for emergency patients. The successful applicant will assist this development and will work alongside 25 existing Consultants to provide Cross Sectional Imaging and general Radiology Services.

The position offers an excellent basic salary and offers banding payments and pay enhancements for any out of hours or shift work that you do. You will be enrolled onto the NHS pension scheme and will be offered excellent development opportunities.
