Consultant in Emergency Medicine

Triple West Medical is seeking an experienced Consultant in Emergency Medicine (FRCEM or equivalent) to join an expanding team at an NHS hospital Trust based in East of England.

The Emergency Department manages approximately 80,000 attendances per year, providing care to a population of around 330,000

The Role

As a Consultant in Emergency Medicine, you will:
- Provide senior clinical leadership and deliver high-quality emergency care
- Support teaching and supervision of trainees, clinical fellows, and multidisciplinary staff
- Contribute to service development, clinical governance, and quality improvement
- Participate in a consultant rota with prospective cover and flexible SPA time

The Department

- 12 Consultant colleagues with a supportive and collaborative culture
- Purpose-built ED with resus, majors, minors and paediatric areas
4 resus bays (including paediatric) and modern diagnostics including CT/MRI access
- Active involvement in ALS, ATLS and EPALS training across the Trust
- Opportunities for research, leadership roles, and educational supervision
