We have been assigned by one of the UK's more prestigious NHS Trusts to help them recruit a Consultant in General Radiology on either a Substantive or an NHS Fixed Term basis for 12 months to join their successful Radiology department.

The successful appointee will be asked to fulfil various duties within the trust, these include: the appointee will join the other 14 Consultant Radiologists in providing a comprehensive radiology service to patients in the area, undertake general radiology including CT, MR, ultrasound, and plain film reporting, all consultants will have specialist interests and support the relevant multidisciplinary teams. The job is for a General Cross-sectional Radiologist with Subspecialist interest to compliment the department but interest in Head and Neck and Uro-radiology or Interventional Radiology is preferred. Appropriate clinical skills and knowledge will be expected, Teaching and training of Radiology SpRs, Radiographers, Medical Students, SAS doctors and other staff as appropriate & participate actively in both departmental and Trust matters concerning Clinical Governance and Audit.
